Cancellation Policy

I understand that a non-invasive, Phoenix Thera-Lase Class IV laser is being used for my treatment. Although laser therapy is generally safe and effective, unexpected adverse events may occur. Side effects may result from the use of the laser, and the expected response of the treated area may not always be achieved. Short-Term Effects: I understand that short-term effects may occur, including temporary redness, irritation, or mild burning of the treated area. These typically resolve within a few days. Individual responses vary and cannot be predicted. Discomfort During Procedure: I understand that the laser functions by producing heat in the treatment area. Some level of discomfort, tingling, or heat may be experienced, but it is generally mild and temporary. Need for Multiple Treatments: I understand that some conditions may require multiple sessions to obtain desired results. Every individual responds differently and at different rates. Tattoos and Permanent Makeup: I understand that tattoos or permanent makeup in the treatment area may heat more quickly during treatment. Eye Protection: I agree to wear protective eyewear at all times. I understand that not wearing protective eyewear could result in eye injury. Elective Nature of Treatment: I understand that this procedure is elective, and that other treatment options — including no treatment — exist. Financial Responsibility: I am responsible for the full cost of the service. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.
